What is Heartfulness?

Heartfulness meditation (www.heartfulness.org) is a set of practices for self development that help us find inner calm and stillness in our extremely fast paced world. Heartfulness is an approach to the Raja Yoga system of meditation called Sahaj Marg or the Natural Path. For 74 years now, Heartfulness continues to be adopted worldwide by about 20,00,000 individuals looking for a simple approach to enrich their life experiences by meditating on the heart.

What Daaji is pointing out is that daily meditation is necessary to fine-tune the mind and have it working well. To be able to set goals, be proactive and prioritize, a fine-tuned mind is a real asset. This means that the field of consciousness must be cleaned of all its impurities, anything clouding decision-making must be removed, and the ability to hold a vision and a goal cannot be hindered by pulls and pushes from distracting thoughts and emotions.
