Each and every one of us, is in need of healing. The Earth is in a bigger need of healing. But even healing of the Earth has to start with us. If we are unhealed, we cannot hope to heal our Earth.

As we go through this journey called life (and maybe even from previous births, we don't know) we accumulate a lot of trauma, hurts, emotional baggage, truths, untruths, denials, survival tactics, guilt, anger, grief, greed, fear, physical and emotional abuse---all of which is often unprocessed and sinks deep into our subconscious mind. Here, these suppressed and often denied traumas, hurts and emotions keep filling an imaginary tank, a chamber. We are often blissfully unaware of this tank, and carry on with our life. But this chamber exists and is filled with dark energy. This energy needs to be brought to the surface, exposed, expressed, processed and healed. Since we don't do that voluntarily, this energy keeps bubbling, pulsating and asking to be healed.

Since we rarely ever voluntarily look into this chamber, the energy often reaches a bursting point, a threshold. Beyond that threshold, this energy becomes harmful to us and others.. And in order to express and release it, this energy, in conjunction with our spirit, often creates external triggers, which will lead us back to this chamber, much like a garbage dump creates a stink, so that we can trace the stink, find its origin, and do the cleaning up bit. So, when we are faced with external circumstances or experiences which we don't like, which irritate, frustrate, anger, scare or trigger us in any way, you can assume that its time to trace the stink back to the garbage dump. Here are the quick steps

1. You are triggered, hurt, angered or feel sad, due to someone or something

2. Normally, you would focus on the what or who triggered you, and either respond with withdrawal, fear, hurt, guilt, etc. or with anger, aggression, shouting and fighting. You would place the whole responsibility on the external event or person for your miseries.

3. This causes us to focus on the external trigger, which does nothing to heal us.

4. Instead, this is the point at which we need to become aware, and when triggered by anyone or anything, whatever that may be, we need to immediately forget that trigger, situation or person, as if it never existed. Blank out that external event or person. And turn inwards.

5. See what that trigger is making you feel---angry, scared, helpless, restless, anxious

6. Sit with that emotion, without trying to escape or distract yourself. The mind will feel very uncomfortable and try to exit into some other thoughts, or will move to watching television, eating, drinking, smoking etc....but that won't help. Hold the mind in place and sit with the emotion you are feeling. You may need minutes, hours, weeks or days, depending on how full your tank is.

7. As you sit with your emotions, you will know from where it is arising, and what is it that you have been denying in yourself. These denials need to be brought to the surface, processed and let go. These denials are usually about the unaccepted and rejected parts of yourself, which you have hidden away, although they could be about others too.

8. As you sit with the emotion--anger, fear, guilt--whatever that is---clarity comes slowly, and the emotion spends its energy and starts to dissipate, because you have given it its due attention and it has delivered its message to you.

9. Every time you are triggered, repeat this procedure. It is very easy when triggered to blame, shout, criticize or reject what is coming from outside, but that is the point where you need to be alert, stop and go inwards.

10. As you keep doing this, often many times a day, you will start to feel lighter and freer, since the bottled up emotions and denials have found the right release and healing method. As and your tank empties, your state of vibrations increase, and you start attracting better people and events.

11. Forgive yourself and accept all parts of yourself, as you are. If you accept part of you and reject other parts ( like your weight, or height, or skin color, or abilities, capacity etc) you would have created a split in your consciousness, and there is a loss of alignment inside you. That will never feel good because it is like driving a vehicle with different tire pressures in different tires. Get your act together, get your fragmented parts together by accepting every bit of you, as you are.

12. All throughout the procedure, breathe, breathe, breathe. Breathe into those body parts which feel dense and heavy or painful. Let these blocked energies speak to you, tell you what they hold, what you need to release, what denials are lurking inside you which need processing and release.

13. This is not an easy thing to do, so please put an intent for healing, and ask for divine guidance and help.
